Heres a pic of one of the sides, as you see theres still some liquid nails oozing out that I need to clean off:

still some sawdust and stuff in the little holes, hopefully the sub will push enough air to move that out :)

well thats it, ill get a pic with it in my trunk when i get it all hooked up. Was my brother and I's first time building a box, i think it turned out pretty well. There was screws every inch or so, it was liquid nailed, and then siliconed, the terminal cups were siliconed as well. Thanks for looking :)

no its laminate...like countertop laminate, real thin stuff...its called black sparkle or something, i got sparkle cause i thought it might bring out the neon light better...anyways my dad owns an interior design store and we sell it so i got it from a distributer... you can prolly get it at an interior design palce. It's easy to cut, you just score it and then snap it, and you use contact cement to glue it on. Although my brother has a special router to trim the edges, but you can prolly do it by hand with a file.

Looks like 3/4" to me. It's about as wide as the neon in the one pic, I'd wager a guess at 3/4".
