help me pick an amp for 12" XXX

k I have a 12" XXX in a sealed box. It's dual 2ohm cause RE messed up my order :-/ anyways so I need either a mono amp which will give me over a thousand watts at 1 ohm or a stereo amp which will give me 1000watts at 2ohm...
Amps im looking at so far are :
kicker kx 1200.1
orion 1000d
any help would be appreciated, or any opinions on the above amps, thanks.

What's your price range? ARc Audio has a few amplifiers that would suit your needs, but that is if you are willing to pay for high-end equipment. One give 1050 at 4 ohm bridged (which your sub can do) and the other gives 2500 at 1 ohm. The 2500 may be a little overkill, but the XXX's can take a real beating.

probably around 500-700 $ but preferably on the lower end... how are memphis and orion for brands?

what the hell^^^^^^^ man please tell me you guys dont look around for a deal, i got a kicker 800.2 for 145$, i personaly would not be able to emotianaly buy something of that price, or anything at FULL price, thats why ive been buying on ebay for years.

well but you know my situation...i bought that JL for like 390 and ive already spent 135$ on repairs for it...

that rigth there ^^^^^^^^^is probably the best deal NEW, i would either buy used on ebay, or buy on a sale like that right there, dont even waste get that amp!
