I ordered a couple items from http://www.sonicelectronix.com. Before I did I got a shipping quote of 32.something, I paid for the items + the shipping then thru paypal. When UPS guy shows up to my door today, my Dad answers and he had to pay the UPS bastard another 49.98$. I thought I had paid for all the shipping and shit in the intial payment. Please someone tell me if this is normal UPS practice, or did I get fucked?

That doesn't sound right. I think you may have been con'ed, I don't believe UPS charges you when you get to the door.

:nono : Not something UPS would do. Maybe your dad is pulling something? Otherwise, call UPS.

You paid for shipping from sonixelectronix to the border probably.

The $49.98 is from the border to your house and the customs/import fee...

I think thats how it works...

shitty deal. My dad isnt pullen nething hehe, I saw the bill. Well I'm gonna talk to Sonicelectronix anyways cuz they should say SOMETHING about UPS charging and extra something in there somewhere in their shipping quote, cuz if I had known I'd be paying 200$ for my stuff and then another 80$ for my shipping, I woulda waited til I could afford a deck along with it and ordered it as a bundle. Anyways, thanks for your input.
