i have NO idea what amp i need for hifonics AS12SQ

i'm just wondering what kind of amp would be good but not TOO expensive for a hifonics as12sq.. i'm sick of getting ripped off with crappy no name amps that make subs sound like crap.

what is the impedence and power rating?

How much power can it handle? Guessing about 600, look into a JBL bp600.1 great amp, and cheap, 1 ohm stable.

Its a Dual 2 ohm driver, 900 rms.

Its also square :help:

Best bet would be to find a mono amp, stable to 1 ohm and give it about anywhere between 750-900 watts.

Check the good, bad, and ugly list for decent brands.

Then I'd stay away. Unless you already have one. With all the problems with the kicker's, I'm sure these would have the same problems too.

Might have been the subs too? You might want to look into something more better.
