What ohm sub would I need to buy, if I wanted 3 subs, running off a JBL bp600.1? What would work?

three 6 ohm subs, or three dual 3 ohm coil subs.
either way you'll get a 2 ohm load with three subs on a mono amp.

I haven't seen much 6 ohm or DVC 3 ohm subs LOL.

Would it be easier to run 4 subs, as far as FINDING subs?

to get a 2 ohm load on a mono amp?
four 2 ohm SVC subs, or four 4 ohm DVC subs.
...depending on what's offered by that make and model of sub you choose.
you could also use four 8 ohm SVC subs in parallel.

note four subs on a 600.1 amp equals 150wRMS each.. not a lot of juice

Tell me this kiki, would it be better to buy two 300 watt 8's, or four 150 watt 8's. Wouldn't it be the same?

I'm going with 8's due to limited room in the new truck. I haven't seen anyone throw some 10's in, I don't know how it would work.

yeah, if the subs aren't reaching peak output then yes two of the same subs with twice the power will have the same output.
