Orion Acquired by 12 Volt Company

Alphasonik (newly named Sound Pros) has purchased the Orion brand for an undisclosed sum from MD Audio, which supplies Lanzar Pro car audio in the US.
Sound Pros purchased the rights to the Orion brand, all patents and “everything to do with the brand,” said Edgar Cedeno, Sound Pros General Manager. The company is now effectively the parent to both Alphasonik and Orion. Rick Andersen remains Senior Vice President. Read More >>
