Sony Ships New All Wireless Decks

Sony began shipping last week one of its new wireless CarPlay and wireless Android Auto decks, the model XAV AX-4000 at $599.
It will be joined in two weeks by step up model XAV-AX6000, which adds Maestro capability for retaining key factory features. The XAV-AX6000 also includes includes HDMI and a 3 year warranty, as well as a capacitive screen (versus the XAV-AX4000’s resistive screen) and 5 volt pre amp section at $699.
The XAV-AX6000 is Sony’s first mainstream radio (other than the Mobile ES line) to include wireless CarPlay and Android Auto as well as Maestro capability. Read More >>
