It's been brought to my attention that I've been a bit absent and should pay a visit. :) So, what could possibly be so important as to keep me away from you fine people you may be asking yourself ...

Long story short ... Air Force medically retired me 1 year and 4 months short of 20 years, which means, I don't actually get a retirement at all, just some disability. So, I've been sorting out life and trying to recover from the Air Force. :) I've been trying to build my business up better and pretty much trying to get on with life. :)

So, here I am. :)

I'll try to get in and update my profile info and what not as soon as possible. So, I'll do my best to help where I can, I have a little experience here and there. :)

Oh that sucks!!!
So you don't get anything for all that time served?

Sorry to hear that.

But glad to hear you're doing well other than that!

Yeah, it sucks pretty bad. I'm in the process of selling our cars to make ends meet. I was anticipating a retirement check. My current enlistment would have taken me to my 20. But they "medically retired" me instead. I get all the benefits of being retired except a pay check. I can shop at the commissary, see the doc ... well, that's about all that's worth while I guess. :(

Any chance you could change my user name from airforceyooper to just Robert Wollenberg? :)
