Frontier Communications

Man these people really ticked me off this morning.

Here is the summarized version.

I canceled my Phone & Internet with Verizon before being sold out to Frontier. I received and paid a final bill- this is back in March. Yesterday I got a bill from Frontier for DSL- not huge $29.98. I called them explained I canceled with Verizon and so forth. They claim I never canceled. They canceled the account effective today but I claim I owe the bill. The kicker is, they claim they have been paid up until this bill. Now I pay my bills individually manually with my card. I have never received nor paid a bill to Frontier no a Phone/DSL bill past the final bill from Verizon. I told them this, they laughed and said "well then you bill should be higher then".

I told her to stick it and hung up on her.

I filed with the BBB also. Even better I sent their corporate people emails on the issue as well. I will give it a week, then Im going to send it to the local new station. Regardless of the small amount its principle. it really bothers me how they think its funny and how the bill was being mysteriously paid by someone else?????

My Dad, Uncle and Grandmother all now have them for phone and internet. Im going to switch my Dad out to Cable, and I believe the rest will follow suit. So now Im gonna take away 4 customers too. Bastards!

Awesome.

The media love that shit and everyone watching the news watches the news just for that kind of juicey content.

Actually the regional President replied to my email. I was surprised. he seems very receptive and responsive. Ive been contacted now via email by him and he has started an "Executive Complaint" within the company. He had a "Executive Customer Advocacy" agent contact me. Who in turn is working with a billing specialist... lol

All over $15.

But come on its the damned point. Especially when the "jennifer" laughed about it all. By the time I reached her I was already very upset- then she did that it put me over the top.

That's how 'they' hope most people feel about it. So people will just pay the money to avoid any hassle. F them.

Just got an updated email bill, the first ever...

Now my "bill" is $81 and change. When they started falsely charging me they must of made up a fake contract also.

My contract even when I was with Verizon was for two years. My two years were long over when I canceled with Verizon.

Hahahahahaha

Man... That $81 bill is for my great Uncle... (Dads Uncle). I set up some internet stuff for them awhile back and used my email as the contact. So ya, not my bill.
