Cleaned up the mustangs interior a little bit today!

Today I went to get into the stang and noticed how dirty the interior was. So grabbed the shop vac, a bowl of hot water, some carpet cleaner, and some amoral wipes. 30 minutes later it looked much better. I didn't spend much time on it, because I'm pulling the interior out soon to fix a few spots in the floor pan, so I'm going to power wash/detail the holy livin crap out of it then...

After: (still a little damp in spots - thinking about ordering a black carpet to break the red up a little?)

Looks GREAT!! It always amazes me when I see what even just a little work will do. Good Job.

black carpet would look great imo, but i'd play with photoshop or similar and see what looks best, never know it could make something else look like crap. I'd love to have a fox body, or live somewhere where they're common and cheap

Thanks, I really want to get new carpet and seat upholstery, but it's cleaner for now.

I'm thinking about at least doing the carpet when I pull the interior, but we'll see. I might just clean it up real good instead, because I want to get a 5 lug swap done so I can get some 17" bullitts wheels before winter. Which is when it gets pulled in for the motor swap, which is going to be FUN!
