I tried to order a data cable and a car power charger cable for my moms cell phone from these people. I was sent the data cable but after multiple attempts, I still haven't received the car charger cable.
They won't refund the money for the cable. I used paypal for the purchase but paypal said I was on my own with this. And wirelessgalaxy won't reply to any of my emails. Real nice.
So be careful.

What is paypal's reasoning for it being up to you?
Isn't that the whole point of paypal is to have some protection for stuff like this.
Did you use a credit card to fund your paypal? If so dispute it with your credit card too.

The reasoning from paypal was that it wasn't a protected payment or some junk.
I also figured that was the whole point of paypal. To have protection from thieves. Guess not.
I went through my bank account and transfered funds to the paypal account. I'm not going to try and get the 15 bucks back from wirelessgalaxy. They can stuff it. Paypal as well.
I'm just going to close the paypal account and spread the word. That'll make me feel better then anything.

What I do is, use paypal to pay for items (since that's how a lot of small buisnesses accept credit cards) but I use my credit card as the source (not a bank account)
So if something goes wrong, I can dispute it with Amex and then they'll go and fight either paypal or the merchant. It's much safer that way, since you're a customer of the credit card, and they don't want to get ripped off either.

I tried for a credit card not too long ago. I've payed off about 8 loans in my life. All loans totalling A LOT, well in my opinion anyway. I'm debt free at the moment and my bank still said no to a credit card. The motto my bank uses is... "You're Richer Than You Think!" haha, I guess I'm not.
I should probably move to a different bank.
