A break!!

Does anyone else ever just need a break?? I been workin on a enclosure for exactly 34.251 years or at least it seems. I think the frustration is manifesting itself.
I feel like its spring time and I got so much to do, mow the yard, watch the kid, be a good provider to the wife, be a good husband to said wife, work( gotta eat), work on my car, the kid is trying to break his self from naps and he is ill as a little hornet, all the friggin time, he is not potty training well at all, he like to just go around and spit everywhere, oh my god I just feel like I cant take it much longer. Trying to be everything at once just aint getting it anymore, but I am the only one who can do it. I feel like throwing my sub box out the window, but then that is admitting defeat and I cant have that.
There is so much to do and so little time to do it. Hopefully this rant will make it some better. Thanks for reading and listening.
I see all these nice systems with fiberglass and neon and subs, and I know i have the ability to do it, but it is like my hands are like "huh". I really think I am beginning to lose it.
