well, turns out i have a birth defect, didnt find out till i was 37 but my back had been bothering me real bad and i had some x rays done and i dont know how to spell it but basically i have a form of spinal bifida...its where your vertebrae dont grow correctly and they become misformed and dont fully encapsulate the spinal cord. my case isnt that bad but the treatment is that basically they try to twist you back into shape because your bodys natural reaction is to protect itself so my back has curved itself completely oppositte of what its supposed to be. the side affect is that since my muscles have twisted my backinto this shape over the years i now have what is called thoracic outlet syndrome, which is the affect of my muscles trying to pull my body back into the shape its used to instead of what it needs to be and this causes my muscles to, for lack of a better word "squish" all my veins leading to arms legs and head causing numbness and sometimes light headedness and dizziness....so untill my back is in the shape it should be and my muscles are used to it, i am either in a lot of back pain or numb and dizzy....pretty cool huh? so i have been missing some work but im getting back now full time so hopefully things keepgoing well, cause if it dont ill just go back to being in pain...cause at least i can work if im in the level of pain i was used to....but now sometimes it just sucks......anyway
my wife also gave birth to my 4th child, almost a month premature but all is well, it was just earlier than we expected....

I've been wondering where you were. Good to know you're not down for the count.

I'm glad your Spina Bifida isn't too severe. It can be. It's good you found out about it.

Congrats on your 4th.
