And it comes with a house! I'd only be renting, but still... :words

The house is a 3 bedroom, looks to be pretty nice, havent seen the inside yet..

It has a stocked pond behind the house, a bigger yard (couple acres), and a nice sized detached garage/shop!!!!

Theirs a few bad things though...

1. My cousin, her husband, and her 3 kids live next door..

2. I'd have to take my sister with me to afford the rent..

But the upsides out weigh the downsides by far!!

I'm going to look at the house in the next few days...

Im sure this is better for your niece also.

I have two sisters (Amanda & Crystal), Crystal (who I live with) doesnt have any kids...

My niece (Maddison) comes over and spends the night with us all the time, so yeah, it would still be better for her.

Depends on what douche bag cousin youre talking about... It's not Josh, it's Kathy... She used to live next door to our apartment... Her and her daughters like to come over and raid our fridge, or borrow money without paying it back, ect...

We'll just have to lay down some better rules....

It'd be nice to have the shop just right outside...

Sounds like the setup I currently have (almost to a T)
3 bedroom house (1 used as office)
4+ Acres
Lake in back (landlord owns 1/3rd of the lake)
And over 30 x 40 2 story garage with 2 bays (1 of which has door on each end/ drive through)

At least with there being family next door you'll have someone to keep an eye out too. Just let them know that it's harder to make ends meet in the new place (obviously higher rent and more in utility bills) and for the love of Pete DO NOT GIVE THEM A KEY.

The rent is only 550 a month...

It's just a pond, probably about .5-1.0 acre... But its stock, though I'm not sure whats in there..

The landlord is an old man, very friendly... We going to try and look at inside of the house/garage this evening or tomorrow...

$550! :surprised

I now officially hate you... I pay $1000 a month and even have to pay water and septic clean out, trash, and all other utilities... If you don't jump on this you're nuts.

Yeah, the house is an older house, but looks pretty well taking care of...

I'm trying to finish a deal I'm working on now, if I get that soon I'm going to go look at it...

If not, hopefully tomorrow evening.

This ones an older house too... And our landlord doesn't like the idea of fixing anything... Heck last summer I was up on the roof fixing shingles in a thunderstorm and all they had to say was "You better be careful... Wouldn't want to fall and have to take time off work"... Translated: If you fall and can't work we're not cutting you any breaks on rent... Sucks huh?!

I think Mike needs to move...lol

I dont think your Landlord would find anyone else to pay that kind of money a month... Especially in this economy...

Thing that kills me about Mike, he doesnt make us of that pond/quarry behind him...lol

I would be out there in a boat having some fun, right behind one of the rich yuppies house...lol

The old man told my cousin that if they wanted to fix up their place any (like paint, yard work, ect. That he'd knock off money on the rent... Or if anything needs fixed then to give him a call asap.. He's a real nice old man, he bought my cousins family (3 kids, her, her husband) all nice christmas gift, the rented the place in like sept :happy055: ..

I like the location, about 4 miles from town...
