Someone wants me to extend my warranty

On a car that has no more warranty.
I received this postcard in the mail today...
The warranty on my 92 RS ran out in early 1998, 3 months after I bought it as a used car, my 89 rs was purchased As-Is No Warranty. How am I going to extend a warranty that doesn't exist?? How much of my money do they want over the years at "less than a cup of coffee per day" so I can get $250 off when I call them now?? Since I do most of my repairs myself, this is one customer they'll never see (they'd never see my business anyway)

Most of these are scams man.
We get cold calls every so often about our car warranties that have run out when in fact weve never had a car warranty...
One place kept calling my dads asking for me. So one day I played along. They told me all about the warranty, etc, etc, etc. I could hear someone rifling thru a metal filing cabinet, which threw up a red flag... So I asked more and more questions, they got a little fiesty.
I ended up getting transferred to the "manager" lady and we had a few rounds. The buck stopped abruptly when I told her to physically MAIL me printed information on the warranty they are offering. She told me I can only get that once purchased.
So basically they want to sell you something you know NOTHING about. No real tangable information, just what they say on the phone...
Ya right.
I told her send me physical pieces of paper explaining the warranty and I may consider it. She hun up and I never heard from them again.

I get a few of those calls per DAY. f***ers
always from different numbers and they hang up when you ask for a supervisor, etc or try to get their info, and using callerID just gives you a voicemail message.
I've logged the calls for months now, reporting to the police to get a case #, then asking the phone company to block the numbers, but nothing really works.
