Could be a number of things. We can't really help you until you tell us what you have (everything car audio) and how it's installed.
It COULD be the amp shorting out, woofers wired incorrectly, amp wired incorrectly, etc.

Its because you have a dead short. Either something not hooked up properly, your wire may have got cut somewhere and shorts out OR the amps dead. Not to many choices here...

it was blowing a few of them, then my amp fried. i have two 15" L7's solo barics with a older pioneer deck and had a hifonics bx2005D 2000w mono powering them both. i only had 8g wiring and replaced with 4g since i was going through fuses, i thought it may fix the problem.

u had 8 gauge wiring? that is way too small for the amount of power that u r using. i think the minimum for this amp is 2 gauge. id recommend going with 0 gauge tho.

imo 4 gage is to small. Nothing against you man but this is how hifonics gets a bad rap guys. this exact thing so when people tell you hifonics is shit or its overated remember things like this, this is how it happends.

Well im guessing the amps messed at this point...

Send it in for repair and upgrade wiring to 1/0.

Plus 100amp fuse probably isnt enough anyhow...

if u need 0 gauge wire for the hifonics amps, the more powerful amps, y doesnt hifonics make the terminals bigger? on my amp the bxi 1606. the terminals are just big enough for a 4 gauge. i have 0 gauge on my amp but i had shave off quite a bit of wire just to get it in the terminal.
