where to go...

Ok, I don't know how often you guys will be hearing from me again. Looks like another Katrina situation. I most likely will be evacuating tomorrow. Ugh. At least not far as originally planned. We've got everything up on cinderblocks in the house. It's like we're expecting a few inches of water.

But if we do get water again, I hope it's a few inches instead of feet. We're in a different house in another part of town, which didn't get flooded before.

Sigh...

oh... and if anyone tries to loot my house, you're dead. I had my other house ransacked and that was disturbing. At least we had moved everything from the two rooms upstairs that we could so they didn't get much of anything. It looked like they wanted to steal our identities or for cash. They threw down some old empty wallets I had and emptied out several boxes that I saved from stuff I bought. But that was the past.

Crappy man. I hope your house doesn't get hit with water. Or looters. Those bastards.

I'll be leaving at 11am tomorrow. I'm hoping the majority of people will at least have left before then. Right now, it's taking longer than 6 hours to drive to Mobile, AL. Mobile is usually a 2 hour drive.

If you want to drive to Ohio you can stay here.

Hopefully you can get all the things of value and valued memories etc out of the house and take with you. I hate to say it, but you know they will be looting again.
