Your mission if you choose to accept it is to track down the driver of a Lexus with the following plates:
You must then take a clear and visible picture of the driver and a picture of the front plate if possible.
If you come into direct contact with this person of interest we require you to file a full report in the Platinum section.
This person is located in the Cleveland area.
