Thats just crazy enough too work. Should give it that built in flex Bill was talking about. If the sub isnt capable of a 150 the sound of the paper slamming into the dash and windshield should be at least 152ishMobileAudio219 wrote:TWO WORDS, PAPER MACHE! :happy055:

Yeah, cant forget the duck tape, taping around the ring adds 10 dbz.cargodz wrote:You know it's funny you should bring up paper mache' but once I actually saw a table built out of it and then resined over... was rock hard and looked cool as hell.
So let's see we've got a 18" 90lb sub and so far we need:
Elmers glue
Toilet paper rolls
Cardboard
Popsicle sticks
Pipe cleaners
Newspaper (Funnies prefered as they are more colorful)... We want it to look cool
Oh and Duct Tape... A project is nothing without it and it's good for 4dBs
I think that's about it for our ultimate box build... Man this may just break some world records![]()
LMAO
Just plug it into a 220 outlet and let her rip for a minute or two... the sub will be broke-n... :happy055:cargodz wrote:Well the boys should be here in about a half an hour or so, then we can sit down and really map this all out... The build may be a lil ways off yet as our client will need to cough up some funds for materials... and it'll take a while to eat all them popsicles for the sticks :)
Seriously though we still have some break in time that we gotta free air this thing too before we can even put the woofer tester to it for specs.
