CAF has some people that havent been on in days... So hitting them has no real effect. Hit the people with current activity...
Also, Ive found some very WEAK level 20's, great for gaining quick XP and leveling up, message me in game for info. Seriously easy ones to beat!

Hey someone gang this guy hard for me [FEW] Badass55 level 45 and hit my level 8 ass while I was online... Kinda sounds like a puss but there lower levels are getting nailed when I get out.

Same here... Now Im getting it from CLB "Not a sell out" gang leader as I hit one of his guys while online.
I got a few witness protections I might use and turn around and zero out his guys... lol.
Also, I just bought another BEER. If you guys get the chance to buy BEER, buy it and buy it all. Its upper 30%'s increases... Ive paid between 200 to 210 points per beer, and its so well worth it.

Not much to it, but if you do a lot of travelling, it's easier to have a car. You don't always needs to have cash on you that way.
