I dont agree with the looting of non essential items. I can understand the food and such.

Im sure there are all sorts of people looting down there... Not just blacks.

I hope they get it under control quickly. It makes us all look bad.

I had something of my own writen, but... I think this sums it up better. So yeah, x2 with what ryan said...

I just want to clarify, that I have no problem with the people who are just trying to get food and water. I doubt any of the business owners do either, I know if I owned a business that had food and water. I would help give it away to anyone who asked.

My problem are the people who are basically just stealing because they can right now. TV's, clothes, jewerly etc. White/Black/Purple whatever, they are all just thieves

Not only are they stealing the tv's, i watched them carry out two computers in soggy wet boxes and a few tv's with runied boxes, there's no electricity, nothing, so how are they going to use this? If its been under water for a while it probably don't work anyway, well, atleast thats MY oppinion. the people taking food and water and supplies to LIVE on, don't bother me, but i don't think a salvage TV is of any importance to live...that's just my two cents worth...

I agree with willy, Each of the gun carrying punks down there should be shot. We should send in an eradication squad with bullet proof clothing, and fully automatic guns and just cleanse the streets of the gangs. Thats what tax dollars should be spent on.

Yea,there are, I didn't mean to single out blacks though. It's just that all of the gangs here are really just mainly black. Most have never gone to school and aren't very bright, which explains stealing tv's and other electronics. They are really being the most violent here which is why I took it out on them. At least those gang bangers will have it handed to them once most of the National Guard gets to them.

What they haven't told you mostly on the news is that most of the people that are in the superdome and all refused bus transport before the storm. I bet they are sorry now.

When the LA quakes hit years ago, I remember seeing signs that read "YOU LOOT I SHOOT"

I'd be down to cap some fools in the head for jackin my store. If I owned food and water then I'd hook em' up though.

I can say this:

If I was down there and went through the storm and seen what is going on now, I would be carrying a gun also. You would almost need one to be safe.
