I can't say I've had any problems with the power acoustik stuff either... and ever since they have had Farenheit start making the majority of the h/us (especially the video) they are solid... heck they're been made for other big name companies too like Soundstream.

I had a set of their highest lvl 12s and totally shredded them with a kicker impulse 125/2

ive never had any problems with any Power Acoustik stuff.. i ran a smaller Gothic series two channel amp to some comps and it took abuse well. and my Power Acoustik A3000 has done very well...

jeez i forgot all about thump......what will surprise some people is i once sat in a sony vehicle that was a winning sq car....of course the older folk on here will remember when sonys shit was top notch....the younger generation has ruined it all for us....lol, damn rap music and that snoop dogg

Ah the good old days. I wish sony would come back out with some refrence series stuff, and get off this current x-plode fad. Hell even if they did a seprate line like Alpines F1 series.

Oh and Kraco. I had one of their amps, and it got stolen. LOL talk about a pissed off thief.

And yeah I remember when Sony was IT!... and it would be awesome to see them bring out a new line of superior products, but at least when they came out with the Xplode stuff they gave it the right name... as expoding is what it does best... don't believe me... go get a M200 and put it in a sony amp and light... the parts flying are very purty LOL

unisef, yea i know it used to be a charitable orgination in the 70's might still be around but in the 80-90's there was a company called unisef that sold 29 dollar head units....no lights, nothing, they sold them at a shop i used to work at when i was first out of high school, typically just to guys who had a head unit in the shop so theyd have tunes till their stuff was fixed.

Elemental designs i dont know if anyone has mentioned them but i want them on here based on horrid customer service alone. And im not thinking kicker should be on the list looking over our list, i will just put out there that at the price there is much better SQ or SPL to be had. You can make a solobaric sound decent but after most of the newer people in audio have experience diffferent brands they dont seem to go back to Kicker. Thats only an opinion, and what ive seen from experience
