heh... that sucks. you should possibly look into selling some of the cheaper/low end brands ilke sonyt and audiobahn. i know you're not in it to get rich but if i was in your position i'd drop some of the higher end stuff until you get your profits up and some extra cash in the bankand then go back to selling some higher end stufff. I'd really like to see dealer cost & msrp on audiobahn, sony, dual, and lower end pioneer stuff.those four brands would probably help get you going.

You do need to carry the cheaper lines.......Cause they sell

Another thing... Have a Cruise Night once a week, once a month, whenever.
Advertise it in the local paper or a Trading Post type publication. Something cheap locally.

Start selling a few mainstream brands, kicker, mtx, rockford fosgate, etc...

The kicker comps are good subs for the money, they should sell pretty good...

thanks for the suggestions but selling cheap stuff is not what im gonna do id rather see sinister go down with selling great stuff than stay alive selling crap. also having mainstream brands takes an ass load of money and lots of sales. i think my will is all gone now. you can only get dragged through the dirt for so long before you have to let go and ive been doing it for over 3 years.

If you dont want to do it anymore then dont...

It's your business and your dream, if you are unwilling to sell decent mid-grade stuff then thats up to you... Is there a minimal buy on for kicker? Our local shop is an authorized dealer and he doesnt have a ton of products at all....

Kicker ftw?

ya kicker wants an 8500 opening order and there already is a store that has it in town.
