I like the Old L7's not the new ones well unless u are talking about the 06's those are ok in my book. I have heard the L5 and the new 12" one isnt too bad but still it just sounds like well... not as great as the hype makes it out to be

I thought he was oddly referring to the type of water, literally, not a city. lol That's why that post was sooooo far off. Just pretend you never read that post and you'll regain those several IQ points that you lost... :argh

I've covered this a bunch of times, regarding why square subs = fail.
stress points, shorter Xmax, cone flex, surround weakness, etc.
it's done to be unique, with the excuse of more surface area, and I'll take a round sub any day.
