Haha, my blazer gets around 18-20 in town and 23-24 on the highway....

With the v8 it'll probably get around 15-17 highway and around 10 around town...

Your car should be able to oull around 30+ on the highway...

well the torque perverter is all fucked up, its either the TCC solenoid or the valve bodys in the tranny leakin but it shakes when the torque converter is engauged and you have your foot very light on the gas so i have to drive it like i stole it.

Try unplugging the TCC solenoid... Does the car want to stall when you're stopped in gear? Does it run fine when its in park/neutrual?

Didnt you just change your tranny fluid? If so, how did the old fluid look/smell?

Have you checked your fluid level lately?

Old fluid looked and smelled fine there was a bit more metal powder in the pan than should have been. Fluid is full and yes if I unplug the solenoid it runs fine.

Never had a problem with it stalling at all, and it seems to run fine in park/neutral except sometime is sputters until i rev the engine, then its fine again but its never been an extreme problem, just slightly annoying. As for the shaking that is a pain in the ass so if its the solenoid and i can get someone to replace it for like 400 bucks ill do it.

The only other problem i noticed is the car seems to be running rich.

It was running lean before I replaced the fuel filter (o2 sensor was white). I have to check it again and see if its black. Im wondering if adding a cool air intake and maybe exhaust will solve this.
