Correct but the second you endanger someone Else's life it becomes a problem. i don't really give a shit either way i'm just playing the devil's advocate.
Same thing with pot, if you compare pot to alcohol remember to compare the negatives how many drunk driving accidents are there? so if you have similar effects how do we know that people wont be driving high?

i've never smoked pot before, but i've been around others, and it does not (seem) to impair you in the same way alcohol does. I don't think thats a valid argument for criminalizing it "well people will drive.... " < well people drive drunk and do all kinds of stupid shit drunk, yet we aren't banning that for their safety..... and ultimately, alcohol is much worse for you.
