Very Cool... If you havnt bought an amp yet... I definitely would suggest that Incrimnator Audio... I really wish that i bought one when i had the chance... And from what i've seen of them, they really perform well. But as bwcad1 said, those crunch amps are great for the money as well as the Autotek.

would a 155amp alt be able to support 3000wrms? because my dad [im 15] dosent want me to spend the money on a bigger 200 or 250 amp alt he says that i wont be able to draw enough power to need an alt that big.

It really depends on the amount of draw of the amp (specifically), as some amps are more efficient than others.
Best way to find out how much power you will require is to look at the fuse(s) on the amp and then total, then calculate 25% of your stock alternator, then take that number and subtract from the total fuse ratings. Now you have how much power you will require additionally for your system... but remember that if you plan on making additional upgrades (adding another or more amps or any other additional goodies such as lighting, monitors, etc.) you will require more of an upgrade in power... and that's why we usually recommend that you go as big as you can where power is concerned so you actually save money in the long run when you go to add or go bigger
