well from what it seems my box does not fit in my trunk i guess 12's are a little big for my trunk so i am going to have to put it in my trunk. i am kinda upset because i wont be able to play the subs as loud now beacuse they will be right at my damn ear almost lol at least ill get a back massage. but any suggestions guys on what i should do when putting these subs in my back seat im just worried about someone trying to steal my stuff im going to cover it up with a blanket or something when im not in the car but also i would like to know so i dont cause any perminant damage to my ears sinse it will be right behing me is what kinda of levels should i set my amp and how loud should i play the music.. another thing with these subs being in the back seat do you guys think that the voices will be muffled out even if i have alpine type s's for 6 by 9's and 2 power acustic 3 1/2 inch speakers in the dash?

i doubt that the subs will be louder in your back seat as compared to your trunk facing back because having them in the back seat causes a lot more canelation (if i can remember right).

Next time don't buy a prefab. We tried to warn you.......
Hit up ryan, joey, bill or one of the many box builders on here, and have them make you one. 2 12s should fit without any problem.
And their box will sound WAY better.

With your box in the back seat the rear Alpine 6x9"s were really a waste cause now you have all the bass in front of the music (so they will definately be drowned out)... and we recommend all the time to people to just amp your front stage and drop the rears entirely or put in a decent midbass for better sound quality.
