Well I tryed to get some picks of how I pack them, but my camera puked out on me again... so best I can do is a description for now... here goes:
1) First use original packaging (if available) and or crate
2) Put cardboard and or styrofoam blocks in lower corners around basket
3) Insert sub in package then place cardboard sheet on top and paper, or bubble wrap a top that
4) Seal package or crate... should be a tight close
5) Now in a larger box, place paper and/ or packing noodles in bottom of box... then insert package or crate and surround with paper or noodles (an added option would be to wrap package or crate in bubble wrap then insert), but make sure this is a tight fit
6) Seal up the outside box with package or crate (wrapped/ packed) inside and you're ready to ship
Yeah this seams like alot and will cost you a little more in shipping, but well worth the time and trouble to keep the sub secure... since the packaging takes the beating and still has some play to it rather than a damaged sub
