I don't buy shit just to show it off to other people like "look how cool I am" ... I buy it to listen to and make my ears happy.

Who says he's gonna show off? When someone I know asks to see it. I show. And when they have no ideal what brand subs I have, then they always recommend audiobahn, or JL...I always get a chuckle.

So yes, both subs will be 1 year warranty.

I like the opinions.. also suggestions. I know I will be happy with both, but $100 is $100, that can keep me having fun on the weekends for like 3 months. Haha.

Lol.. footbal is more/less year around. We get like 3 months or so of true offseason, where we do pretty much nothing. But even then, I like to weight lift after school just to keep up.

Right now, we started spring ball, and this is the start of the season, it'll run until next year's season is over.

A weekend job is all I can afford. With school, football, and everything.

Hopefully I won't be going on a subwoofer buying spree. Haha.

I'm still thinking about the Type R Vs RE SE. Both are good subs I'm sure. I need some mroe opinions though. Is the $100 difference worth it? How big of a difference will I be getting between those two?

I like the idea of 2 type R subs for $20 more than one RE.
You'll have double the cone area for the same money.

I know exactly what you mean about the subs and the price, Im a full time College Student and i have to survive on what i make on my offtime... Luckily i do make a lil better than 100 in 12 hrs, more like $200 for me, but still im a stickler with money. But i totally agree with what High Society was saying, Gettin a sub that no one else has is a way better feeling then when u pull up and someone says" What are you running? Oh... Yea a lot of ppl have that." Thats why Im buying the SX off of Sinister, Yea its $300 but i think that i would rather spend that and have something that not everyone has. And yea also i know what you mean with the Football practice too, I played Soccer in HS and some college and now all i do is go to the gym, an every day comminment is difficult to float a job on.
