I've been kicking ass in the gym too. Wish I wouldn't have screwed up my wrist my 2nd week here and missed a month of lifting. But I'm getting back with it. Wrist still isn't 100%, but it doesn't seem to be effecting me much in the gym.
Don't tear a rotator cuff... shit ain't fun.

At least he was thoughtful enough to leave the flash on.... but next time tell her no bra, at first I was like OHH RIGHT, then I was like eh... enough to get the job done but it took a little long than I liked.
