I appreciate the help. i really do

This was intended as more of a venting post than needing help but if someone was willing to offer up that key piece of info that would make it all magicly work. then all the better.

I just got back from home depot and im about to do some cutting. im going to try raising my blade so its pretty close to the wood instead of 2 or 3" under the wood. anyways I bought some resin and fiberglass mat i figure i can fiberglass anywhere that has a large gap in it i was using bondo. but ive upgraded lol.

not really intending to keep it goin...well yeah I guess I do. But how is it going??

well it seems to be going sorta good...

And tim im OCD about things being straight...i freak out if its off by alittle..which ive freaked out every single box ive built so far except my tapped horn which the whole box was never more than 1/8" off..which im proud of. Ive decided if i get too big of a gap somewhere... I got resin and i got fiberglass mat ill fiberglass / resin this box as much as i have to to get it sealed up tight. but im hoping its not mutilated. I wouldnt care if it was my own box but it isnt. Its munki's...lol

if your ocd about straight cuts, you dont wanna see neumann's last box the thing had like 1/4'' gaps everywhere, and tape holding in the port

Wow. lol i think im getting better..most of the cuts are right on..or close enough nothing a sander cant fix

cutting strait lines is like anything else the more you practice the better you get.

Yeah that will help a lot. I normally run mine with about 1/4 inch below the wood.

Fiberglass reinforced bondo is the stuff you need. If its the same in the states as it is here, it comes with a green label.

If you just try and fill a hole with regular bondo, or fiberglass its not going to do very well.

ive done my share of plugging holes with bondo body filler. has worked fine before.
