Yeah its possiable, I moved up 8 levels in 24 hours, and the next day went from 600.000 to 1.5 mil on all my stats in a couple of hours.
Ok I am going to try to message the whole gang with Joeys training setup. If I can't get it to work I will post it here.

I was getting over 2200 per train...
When your level goes up, your number of trains in the gym goes up...
Level up as big as you can, then train like hell with your points...

Correct me if Im wrong, but your gang gets experience not only from winning fights 1 on 1, but doing gang crimes.
I would start doing as many gang crimes as possible...
Also, more people...
