Yeah they might be. I just tried refreshing my router "in case it was an IP issue on my end" and got the same error.

Yeah the payment was great. I banked my money, and mugged a few more people for theirs.

Until they get the attack system fixed our gang ranking isn't going to go up. It goes up when you kill someone who is in a gang. But since were not getting our experience when we kill people, we won't get that either.
