if your set on new..almost all internet dealers you won't get a factory warranty with. PM Cargodz or Smoker, both are dealers, both on the forum and can get you just about anything you can think of. :thumbsup

As far as subs, hmmm 400 rms, around $100... maybe a maw12, alpine type r, massive pw( I think thats the middle one :) Vega xmax 10/12, maybe a new Ascendant Audio? theres too many good subs around that range.. Just make sure you have an enclosure designed for the sub you buy and try to utilize that 400 watts and you'll be good.
The Massive Audio one is the RW10 and it'll do 400watts rms all day long and is recommended for a sealed enclosure of .75
Another one worth checking out would be the Interfire IFB-10D also 400w rms handling and works great in small sealed enclosures... This is one of the few subs that I have found that works great in a prefab sealed enclosure, and they are great lil subs and easily done below $100

I'm an authorized dealer for Interfire and Massive...
Interfire is the best bang for the buck for what you're looking for...
You can check out the Interfire subs here: http://www.interfireaudio.com/subs.html

Strange their website says its 350 RMS, but t heir data spec sheet says 400 RMS. Either way, I cannot find a single review of Interfire subs nor comments within forums...

Interfire under rates a lot of their stuff... That's why you see the differed rms values... They'll handle 400w rms all day long with no problem.

Is it more SQ or SPL? I can't find much info except their brochures. And how much would you sell it for?

The IFB line are geared towards SQ in a slightly larger sealed enclosure... They recommend about 1.5 cubes for SQ and for a normal SQL (daily street beat) .63 cubes.
As for the pricing... Retail is set at $113.00, but I can do far better than that... What's your Zip Code and I can work up a price for ya shipped and send ya a pm.
