i just find it very frustrating that it's legal for them to take your property (which is not illegal to own) and destroy it like that.

the most they should be able to do is issue fines, that increase with each offense. Which would be fine with me, if your 3rd offense was a $1000 fine. You would keep it turned down. but to take your property and destroy it, just doesn't seem right.

Who is this guy, and why does he think so much of himself? I hope that someday he destroys the wrong persons equipment, and they take him to court and somehow wins. and he has to pay for damages :) that would be great.

you know, it's quite funny how all of us who spend hundreds upon hundreds of dollars for our audio listening pleasure are all "punks" and "deviants", just because of our hobby...what about people mowing their yards, or using a chainsaw to cut down a tree early in the morning...they are just as loud as high-end audio equipment, not to mention much more annoying...don't you just hate it when your well-to-do next door neighbor decides to cut his grass early one saturday the night after a great party or something...wow...not fun trying to sleep...

also, did anyone else see where that guy :unwell011 said that the main "drive" behind our purchase of audio equipment was to cause harm to other people, especially old people...where did the whole stigma of us hatin' on old people come from?? just because old people (most of them, good for you if you are over 50 and still into car audio!! :thumbsup ) don't listen to subs doesn't mean that we hate them...that just really bugs me..pretty much all of that stuff that that guy came up with was the acts of some stupid INDIVIDUALS who don't factually represent our "sub-culture"..
again...that bugs me...lol

Personally I think hes just trying to piss of the world because he hates his life so he wants everyone else to be miserable. It wont happen, we dont even have a noise ordinance here, and when i Blast my music its usually before 10 pm and if its after 10 pm its rarely in residential areas, and as for the waste of fuel....oh well? What a fool.

I mean who can say they dont love their seats vibrating while ur goin down the road, it feels so awesome

most people who protest something like that, just want attention. and to feel they have a purpose.
i dont think that guy who wrote the site lives in lorain. and they must not destroy stuff a whole lot, i havent heard anything recently about it.

Ok ok,

I posted this over at the caraudioforum site (While they did steal from our FAQ most people there seem to be alright in the end).

The response there was nuts. In under 10 hrs there is over 7 pages of content...

I have been reading a bit on what this guy is trying to do. He is trying to push House Bills and design mroe laws agianst us.

"a link to an article by me justifying a litigation campaign against the boom car industry" Sounds like he wants to sue manufacturers?

He wants to tell a single sided story. He wants to place his point out there for the workd to see and is not interested in your point. I say we point back, and with a sharp nail at that.

I will be organizing a small informative site against this guy and all those like him. WHile he may have points against *some* of us boom car boys, we have points agains tpeople like him.

Let the fun begin....
