I would go with fi audio subs and hifonics brutus amps. both of those brands are very good quality brands. the setups I would do is dual ssd's with bxi1206d's or dual bl's with dual 1606d's. I would base that decision on the amount of money you can spend.

for the rest of the speakers.... ditch the 6x9's. I personally would just do a very nice set of components in front with about 150rms to each side.

OMG :surprised NOoooo
You definately DON'T want to run the Boss Audio Chaos amps and/ or Audiobahn (and keep in mind I'm a Boss Audio and Audiobahn Dealer).

Far better could be had for the money:
Elevation Audio
Massive Audio
Fusion
DB Drive
And many others
heck even Power Acoustik or SPL for amps over the Boss stuff.

Now on to a couple questions to help to give you some good advice:
What vehicle?
Why 4) 12"s and not 2) 15"s

And if you're thinking about the rear stage, why 6x9"s... why not a decent 6-6.5" midbass?

Alright ill keep all that in mind thanks to all, the four 12's seemed like a good idea since its what my freind has in his car right now and his system hits pretty hard, later on after swimmer dude's coment i've been considering just two quality 15's rather than four s***y subs, what would u recomend? As for the 6x9's, I decided to go with a decent set of components instead, again they sounded good in somone elses car so I thought why not? But im way over that set up and im going to be looking into my two 15's with 800$ in my hand any sugestions? What about componts?

And whoever was trying to sell you them subs needs to be punched.

The first sub pictured is the immortal. Notice the mounting depth.

The second sub pictured is not that deep- its something different. Immortal= ABahn's top of the line, so its a lesser sub...

$800 for 2) 15"s gives you a lot of really nice options as I mentioned earlier.

audiobahn is a shitty brand because their product is garbage, and so is the company. remember, you get what you pay for.
what kind of car is this going in?
4 12's in my opinion is just silly for daily. just do 2 excellent quality 15s

Allow me to give you a taste of what $800 or less dollars will buy you in subs:
2) RE Audio SX 15"s
1) RE Audio MX18"
2) DB Drive PLW15D2
1) Elevation Audio Execution 15" or 2) 12"
2) Massive Audio DMX12" or 1) DMX15"
2) Massive Audio CW15"
2) Cerwin Vega Stroker 122 12"
2) Fusion NVSW15 15"
2) American Bass VFLd4 15"
And many more.
And all of these (including the 12"s and single subs listed) will outperform audiobahn by far ;)

Haha yea I feel hella dumb bout the whole thing now but wut ever it seemed like a good idea at the time, but yea I'm going to go with the two quality 15's. Thanks for the list cargodz im deffenitaly going to look into that list, when I find the subs that I think I'm going with ill let you know, so I can get some help with picking out an amp, and later on the comps as well. Thanks for the replys to allll. As for the car I'm sorry to say I dont know yet, as im only 15 and a half and my birthdays coming up soon and im gooing to be getting my first car, perants said if I keep my GPA above a 2.0 I can get any car thats around 5000$ im still undecided....The 15's wouldent be to big for the average car right?
