Both are in your price range and are SQ oriented and would work nicely in a smaller sealed enclosure with the power you mentioned (300wrms)

(k, the Massive Audio one looked nice, but it's a little more than the Arc/Elevation. But I'll compare the specs and keep it in mind. The Fusion, while cool, just screams teenager to me too much to take it seriously)

Don't put down the Fusions just because of the look... They are very highly rated for the price.
As for the Massive RW10 being a lil pricey...

If you are looking at 2-channel amps, you will get most power at of them at 4ohm bridged. With that being said, you will need either a Dual 2ohm sub or a single 4ohm sub.

And i dont know if the Arc audio ARC series subs are going to be in your price range now that i think about it more... you might have to step down to the KAR or FOOSE and with 200-300rms, that will be plenty of power for those two subs.

Ahh :) I see, I may have to compare the Massive to the Arc and Elevation, just don't know much about the brands to easily decide which is superior (build, SQ, frequency response, small enclosure, etc) What's the recommended sealed enclosure for the Rw10? I couldn't find straight forward info, just the specs which I didn't have a chance to pop into a calculator.

The Fusions may very well be at the top, I just can't get past the neon glowstick Rave party design. I'm not a ricer, so that just doesn't appeal to me. The sub will be facing rear so when I open the tailgate to put in groceries I don't want to be getting too many odd looks, lol :)

K, what confuses me is I thought a dual 2 ohm made the amp go to 1 ohm? But I'll take your word for it, I need a dual 2 or a single 4. Now, if I got a mono amp which ohm for the sub? And for right now, I'm running a 4 channel Alpine with 3&4 channels bridged to 4 ohms so does the same above apply and I should get the single 4 or D2?

I saw the D2/4 10" on eBay for $89+ shipping. What is retail? I'll check out the other Arc models to verify specs.

The voice coil configuration for mono amps will depend on what you get and how much power it delivers at the certain ohms. Say you get a 2ohm stable mono-block amp, you will want to get a D4 to get most power out of the amp. If you got a 1ohm stable mono-block amp, you will want a D2 to get most power out of that amp. But you need to watch at the rated specs to not over power these lil guys too much, lol.

And i would not buy from Ebay. You will not be buying from an authorized dealer and quite frankly... you dont know who you are buying from at all!! I will from now on not purchase items from places on ebay just to get a deal because i have read too many times of people getting screwed over. I would rather support the company or our local shops.

Yea, the ARCs were refurbished, so, neh. K, so for mono a D4, for multi channel a D2 or single 4? I have an ID8" D2 on my Alpine because someone said that's what I needed, somehow I just thought that I now needed a D4.

What's your thoughts on Massive Audio (without putting you on the spot, just looking for input assuming the Arc is too expensive) I can't find much info on the FD line, or how that would compare to the Massive Audio Rw10.
