I don't feel racial about the situation at all... as noted by the city and the media... many of the african-american blend of kids hanging out there are inner city gangs (or at least wanna-be gangs), and how makes up the majority of the inner city... You got it, african-americans... Now mix this in with a bunch of lil white kids (preps and wiggers alike) from other areas of town... All that are just hanging out, You're just asking for trouble, due to the fact that it only takes one racial slur to set off the time bomb of kids just waiting to happen.
