it looks very very expensive. and yea it looks like there is potential but it has to be done right. looks like a large dia vc and metallic former a copper pole piece and the rest looks like cast aluminum. the problem comes in with the big vc and former = very very heavy = more bl = control issues + linearity issues = BOOM! (and not the good kind.)

Well there were 3 subs that really caught my eyes out of all those... The New JBL 12 and 1 sub, that seams like an interesting concept, The Hertz sub, and finally the New Soundstream subs... Jease did u see the surround on that sucker... It looks like it could pull linear excursion 4 inches out

the new Hifonics will destroy them all. haha insane power handling like 20kws! but its only for SPL not music. and the new Olympus subs will be insane as well!

Hertz is Audison's baby line of speakers. They are the new Audison bitch...focal is out, Hertz is in...and expensive...you better believe it.

Ah, same thing you see every year.
This is the first year in six that I decided not to go.
What I'll really miss most is the time spent at the Alexia Park complex, which is the designated high-end audio section - audition $100,000 rigs all day long. Great for keeping a "tuned ear".
I like the JBL install a lot, the trunk shot - THAT is my kind of install.

First year, for them. Orca must have brought them in, they have a booth every year. Last year, they had a sick 300C on display built by Billy Brown (who had built the shop I used to work in), with a set of welded doors that pivoted upwards... didn't see any pics in there of this year's demo cars.
