Submit to God and be at peace with him; in this way prosperity will come to you. Accept instruction from his mouth and lay up his words in your heart.

I love it when Witness' comes to the door... I am quite the avid Christian and love the debate... I usually have my Bible handy

The last guys that showed up I think I nearly converted :) (I was a moderator for Bible study)
May the Lord bless you and keep you, may He let His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you, for all of your days... My blessing for all that care to read and believe :happy055:

Since I live in a crappy apartment (not to bad, but not that nice) they come up and act all mighty... And pushy, I dont like it.
I simply tell them I am a member at another Church, Thank you and close the door.
I dont give them time to talk after I see the bible...

im all for sharing the word, but, i believe God calls us all in our own time and you can turn people off by being too pushy and then they may miss their calling stictly out of spite.....

Michael, I have seen you in a whole new light. I believe I can call you brother now. I have been a leader in my Men's group and have worked on the prayer team for Promise Keepers for a few years now. Keep on keepin on brother!

a 44 mag will keep them away... I don't believe in organized religion... I know what's right and what's wrong and work very hard to be the best me I can be and figure that's the best I can do.

I think a 357 will suffice.
I had a Jehova church right down the street from my old house. Damn they were annoying... EVERY sunday *knock knock*.
"No, your religion isn't better than mine, so quit trying to convert me." -that's what I have to say.
I've had some 'recruits' come and talk to me about the Bible... lets just say I've said some things to make them nearly question their religion. I've had them actually stop in their tracks and be dumbfounded, almost. You know you've created a question in their mind when you get a "True..." response.
*Now don't think I hate religion, I think it is a great way of shaping people's minds and having them do the right thing... it's just that there are far too many people who think they can "spread the word" but instead become greedy, completely self centered, and mindless. I don't just mean churchgoers, I definately mean Pastors, priests, etc.

Me and some friends were at a WaffleHouse when the religious debate came up. I simply said I was undecided and I did not know what I wanted to believe. A good freind of mine (devout christian) knows my beliefs and just said "oh crap", as these other two guys went on for over an hr on how I need to believe in God and Jesus. Now about 2-3 hrs into this debate ...yea rather long night we had the entire waffle house sitting at our table and actually had to call the law to remove one person!! lol He wanted to fight me

. Overall was a great night and a lot of very good views were shown.
