USD Still sells them, but they start at about 2 grand...

best bet is to check ebay, or elitecaraudio.com for some deals.

even if they have a bad speaker, get the horns, then go to Parts express and get a new compression driver

Pfft, forget that. The sound in my car right NOW is good enough and I've already spent over 2 grand on it. I can't even justify another 2 grand in my dreams ;)
I've mostly been looking at sticking some of the large format tweets in for their low crossover point.
