Weird how they have the gas tank in the trunk like that.

Damn Aussies :D

Ford and GM have better cars for the australian market than we have here, though. Especially performance cars

Like the car, Chris, looks good in silver.

pretty car, and buying it used, you avoided the $1300 gas guzzler tax since it's an automatic from the looks of it.
now it needs a new exhaust from headers back, new chip, and ported heads :D
oh, and a blower

Actually the gas tank was moved into the trunk when it came to the states. I guess our safety standards are more strict over here then over there.

As far as plans for the car I will probably go along the lines of what Glass had mentioned. First an exhaust and then prolly a chip. I do have to keep it somewhat manageble because the old lady will be driving it in the summer when I am on the bike to save miles on her lease. That is also the reason I got the automatic. I will also be tinting out the windows and looking into some nice 18's this summer too. Gas mileage sucks but I wasn't really concerned with that cause I only drive about 5 miles to work every night.

Now audio I am still not sure about. I do have the XXX's still and 2 JBL 1200.1's and an EA 1500.1 to work with. I am just not sure what kind of setup I want to run with. It came factory with a 10 speaker suetup and a 6 disk in dash changer. It is amped though so I am thinking I will have to jsut redo the whole damn thing once I get started. I am thinking of leaning more towards SQ instead of SPL in this car though. The biggest expense is going to be the double din DVD unit I will prolly have to put in it. I am open for suggestions on the system though.

I did deplete the bank account a little bit so this will all have to come in due time. Plus I have a car payment once again along with another 30 bucks added to my insurance. I am just happy to have the car right now though. :sm29:

SQ, consider a single sub, and a good front stage.
