thats just a 45 min stroll from my house. i wouldn't mind knocking on a door and asking a question or two.
and if it all does turnout okay, and they go a good job fixing it, its nice to know there's some place close to home to have something fixed later on.

Wednesday you will be in Atlanta?
You might be better of geeting someone to goto their door and not leave without your amp and have them overnight it if possible.
If your super desperate I can do it for ya, for the gas only. Tomorrow night or Wednesday night and mail it Thursday in the morning...
Or maybe Bill can take a trip over there to let this mofo know its serious

Well elts see how they respond to me asking them to overnight it. If I have to, Ill have someone do it, like you suggested, Ryan. I'm technically leaving Thursday, since I'm leaving at midnight on wednesday night.

UPDATE
I got an e-mail on Monday the 11th saying my amplifier would be done the next day or wednesday. I say ok and want them to overnight it to my hotel, and I will pay the extra shipping cost. Another e-mail arrives wednesday saying THEY ARE JUST STARTING TO REPAIR IT. They had it for over 3 weeks and were just now getting around to repairing it.
That's fine, I figure it will be done within a few days, and I didn't need it for the show since Joe was awesome enough to loan me his! Almost a week rolls around and today I contact them. It still isn't finished. I told them it is totally unacceptable to have an amplifier for over a month and not have it repaired.
They sent me a money request from PayPal for $30 to cover "Minimum Bench Fee". They are shipping it back once I pay this $30, UNFIXED. This means, THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED REPAIRS.
I can not stress this enough, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Tell everyone you know, please! If you post on other message boards, LINK THIS THREAD! I want everyone to know what a terrible company AMPREPAIRCENTER.COM is!
A month later, $45, and I will HOPEFULLY be getting my amplifier back, n the same exact condition it was sent in.
Total bullshit.
