I hope everything turns out. Hospitals can be so terrible. I am no doctor, but what you described tells me there was a stroke. I hate nurses with that attitude also. WTF??? You work in a hospital, peoples lives are in your hands.... They are sick and need compassion, WTF is it??? Hospitals make me mad, mainly because my wife is a RN and works her A** off while the other nurses do not care. My wife never toots her own horn, but I can tell by the stories she tells me she is pretty much the only one that works.

Yeah, and I'm sure there are some prefectly good staff at this hospital, just mostly not...

Thats the problem, there are good people everywhere. Just the bad outweigh the good in most cases. Atleast that is my take on the world.

My brother is in the same situation he is in a hospital as a Nurse tech and he works along with some nurses who just dont care about there job as much as they should... My brother is very respected as a tech and he loves his job(s). I know the feeling though when they get all pissy on you... The best way to come to a hospital, if there are any future events... Seriously... call an ambulance and trust me the MRT's or Paramedics will #1... Check V-signs and diagnose as best they can the kind of problem they are facing....#2... if they find that she is in as bad of shape as she was in the hospital they will run her to the Hospital Code 1 which in my brothers experience as a driver and EMT is balls to the walls driving Lights and sirens. If she comes in through an ambulance she will get priority over any other patient in the Waiting room that way and most likely you wont get a Nurse tech like that... Primarily his function is to juts seat any waiting paitients and really they dont care what they do... U always have at least 1 of those ppl in the Hospital. Trust me on this next time I would totally call an Ambulance... plus they can get you to a better hospital faster, and if necessary they can use LifeStar her to that hospital if she is ever in critical condition...

i was just about to say the same thing.. but yeaha, you should look into a lawyer. thats a serious issue, especially if some jackass of a nurse was more concerned with a snack then the patients he's paid to acre of.

I'd personally sue the living crap out of them.... I dont know what she plans to do, but I hope she goes after if she has the grounds too...

u can sue them. you are taking care of her all you have to do is prove that she cant make rational decisions.

Ahh, I dont take care of her... She lives with my cousin, I'm just usually the one who takes her to her appointments... I believe she can still make rational decisions, its just that everything else is sorta effed up...
