Maybe you could do things like host spl/car shows and stuff along those lines, thats is what our local shop does and they get TONS of business by doing so...

Dont you have a mic? Set up a small comp in the parking lot, charge 10-20 bucks to enter and give the winner a free sinster shirt or a free lower line sub...
The last show the owner was walking around helping people make little adjustments and giving pointers, he gained ALOT of business that day...
have a day (like saturday) where you mic cars for 5 bucks... I bet it would increase your business by tons... :happy055:

I'm pretty sure if you have the equipment to win an SPl comp, you don't want a little crappy sub as a prize.MobileAudio219 wrote:Dont you have a mic? Set up a small comp in the parking lot, charge 10-20 bucks to enter and give the winner a free sinster shirt or a free lower line sub...

True... Maybe he could do a small comp (if he already has a mic?) and have a raffle for the sub.... The point is, get customers to come to the shop....

its tough dude...i hate to hear that you have some skills that maybe you can use somewhere else. we have to do everything at work to stay ahead, vinyl graphics, window tint, audio, alarms, remote starts, wheels......hell anything to stay ahead of the competition...
you should just go get a high paying installers job somewhere in a town that loves fiberglass work.....

Yes sorry Devin. I would still say try the lil comp thing. And see what you can do with that. You still have that eclipse Ti sub in that Custom box. Put that up for grabs in a raffle. Show em your RE and US amp sale ECT. I dunno if you have time but maybe a try before you close the doors??? So you will never look back and ask yourself maybe if I tired this....ect.
