Good luck fitting anything behind the seat of those trucks unless you are willing to bring the seat forward a few notches.
JL has a stealthbox for those trucks, not the cheapest, but you may want to look into it.

Memphis ... i had the same issue and i sacrificed a lil room at first for my subs but i got smart and decided to build a better box... I have a Ram 1500 and i put 2 10" in a box that was built to Truck box specs online and then after that i decied to experiment by building a full width (Cab width) box for 2 12" with them mounted very close to eachother and separated in each champer. (The subs are dead center in the Truck... I had a bench/desk in my truck and i removed the dest recently and made my own console to house the amp... sounds good went to the shop im hitting 136.5 with them... So u can fit really what u want back there it just depends on how creative you can get. Also if u put the subs behind ur seats with little room for them to move u will block a good deal of sound so where ever there is free space is good... My first set up was nothing more than a glorified Back massager

if you have a console i would consider removing it and building a console box with a downfiring sub. then you could mount the amp behind the seat. you should easily be able to fit a 12" in a console box

I built the box so say...25-30 bucks, how ever much the wood cost. And the 8's was probably 200 total or a tad bit more. They each were like 50-60 new. I bought one used thos for 45 on this forum

i strongly recommend looking into pioneers shallow mount subs....they sound great, will take an assload of power and are now available in a 10 as well as a 12 and you can run them in .35 and .5 cubic ft.
plus theyre only 4" deep

I like the Pioneer Shallow mounts they are nice! I wish that they would consider working them into their premier line, seeing as that almost all their OLDER premier lines were amazing... Other than that yea def good subs, i think another line that has shallow mounts is JL? I think i might be wrong but u can run something along those lines in the truck... i still think u can run a set of 10's with no prob, i know that when i did it it wasnt soo bad.
