And about the area you are in... Its still extremely dense with people that drive like idiots. It cant be that much of a different world from Ohio, since your only 15 minutes out of Nati...

iff you were here for any length of time you would see it...people on both sides agree that it is a completely different attitude..i have worked across the river and the biggest difference does come in driving attitudes...whereas i think its good to wait until the light turns green a buckeye will be half way through the intersection as its turning green....

oh and justin they do make 30" tires....i think it is Hankook that makes them....

What kind of suspension would he use to keep that thing drivable but still have it lifted that high?
What are those bars across the bottom?

it looks like just pieces of welded 2x4 steel.

the bars are to keep the rear end centered...probably a 3 link
