760 a month for a 3 bedroom tri-level in a nice neighborhood. pretty sweet deal fenced in backyard and everything. just need to add a garage to make it perfect. of course here in ky your yard either runs uphill or down

Dude, I deliever newspapers and work 3 hours a night.
$15 is what I calculated to make if I did get paid by the hour. I just thought about it real fast. You do the math, I work 3 hours a night (at most, if I drive fast, 2 hours) and make $1,800 a month throwing newspapers. They pay for my gas so don't factor that in. I'm an independent contractor so you could factor how much taxes would be. I know for sure it's more than $15, like I said, real quick analysis.
Anyway, I really find it unbelievable what you guys pay for property!!! My parents morgage is $8,900 a MONTH! No exaggeration. I just helped my girlfriend move into a small one bedroom apartment, and she's paying $850 monthly. I might move out thier when we get married, I'm really like'n the sound of a $250 montly payment.

WA is the highest too, I believe ours right now is $7.35 and about to go up to $7.75 or so.
Ya its suppose to go up to 7.85 I think on Jan 1st. So get ready for prices on everything to go up again.

Where the heck does your parents live looking at a $8900 a month palace?
What did they pay, 2 million for their house? Or is it a one year loan? Thats over $100K a year... They must make a SHIT TON of money...

They do well. We live in Rolling Hills Ranch, San Diego, CA. The house was 1.4. No clue on the loan.

O and throwing newspapers, hahaha, I love it. All my friends cry when they here how long I work and get paid. I don't have any benefits or anything, but it fits my life perfectly!
Negatives about it. I work 7 days a week, from 2:00am ato around 5:00am.

owning your own shop isnt always that good, you might not make any money for a little while or your barley getting paid. no benifits if your small. but you get to do what ever you want
