It's good that you are able to tell people on the board how you feel. Having an outlet for your feelings is an excellent way to realize what you are upset about, and it is the first step toward feeling more positive.

I'm a mental health therapist and I hear about a lot of similar experiences from both friends and strangers. If you need any advice or anything do not hesitate to pm me.

im glad to hear other people with problems too, I hate feeling sorry for myself, and I always try to tell myself there is people out there that have it or have had it a lot harder than me, and I think that helps.

Sometimes all it takes for me to get out of a funk is to jump in the Explorer and ride around with a few good tunes crankin. The hardest part is usually just gettin out the front door.

This is one way I justify the amount of money I've spent on car sytsems.

Alpine + Xtant + MB Quart + JL Audio = THERAPY!

yeah, extremely loud music and driving very fast is one thing that makes me happy, of course i drive safe when I drive fast. It also helps knowing other people esp great guys like the ones on here have problems too.

I know what you mean fishy, spend 12 hours shooting wires tring to find a flight control problem, and the only thing that keeps me sane is that drive home with the stereo cranked.
